Eat Local Challenge
Our Slow Food Eat Local Challenge kicks off on World Food Day (October 16th)!
By consuming fresh, local, seasonal products as much as possible, made without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we can reduce emissions and send a clear message to the international community: we demand an alternative to the dominant, industrialized food system, and we're not prepared to wait.
Raise your fork against climate change and win a free ride to Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2018 in Turin, Italy! Three round-trips are up for grabs. Challenge your friends to put local, seasonal ingredients on their plates for 3 weeks.
