The Louisiana Fall Heat is Slow Food Baton Rouge's annual fall farm to table showcase, celebrating local food, chefs, mixologists, and the community. This event is in conjunction with National Food Week – an exciting week of activities celebrating World Food Day. World Food Day is a nationwide celebration of healthy, affordable, and sustainable food held on October 16th of every year.
