Have you ever wanted to preserve some of L.A.'s delicious produce (including your backyard citrus) but didn't know where to start? Or are you a seasoned home food preserver who would love to polish your skills? Let the Slow Food Los Angeles Preservers, a team of certified instructors, introduce you to the time-tested techniques that will help you fill your pantry.
This exciting class will be held in the professional kitchen-classrooms at the newly opened Institute of Culinary Education in Pasadena.
ONLY $25, proceeds benefit the SFLA Preservers and their efforts to share the craft of home food preservation with the Los Angeles community.
