Based in Athens, Shagbark is an organic grain and seed mill that cares deeply about the products they produce (from nutrients to soil to the local economy). Shagbark owners Michelle and Brandon are pioneers in our sustainable food system, connecting family farms with chefs and diners throughout the region. We are thrilled to celebrate their products in a five-course dinner prepared by all-star chef Andrew Smith. The dinner is part of Rockmill Tavern's monthly beer dinner series, which pairs Rockmill's brews with local fare.
