Chris Sermons of Bio-Way Farms was one of the US Delegates to the 7th Slow Food International Congress and then participated in a Vanishing Foodways tour of Vietnam. Chris is a knowledgeable permaculturist and will provide reflections on his trip. His talk will begin at 7 pm. Come early for a special "pop-up" Earth Market and a simple supper.
